ON-FARM PICKUP & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Place a pickup or delivery order directly from Wonderground Farm by completing our Weekly Order Form, available on our website, Facebook, or Instagram OR sign up to receive a weekly reminder with a direct link. We also always accept orders via email/text, including cash pickup orders: please include your requested items, delivery/pickup preference, and contact information and send to wondergroundfarm@gmail.com (or text 480-323-5773), and we will follow up with confirmation and an invoice. For all pickup and delivery orders, please read our policies and procedures below - thank you!
ON-FARM PICKUP POLICIES
Pickup Days and Times:

Location: 21649 S 156th Street, Gilbert AZ 85298

Days: Monday - Saturday (You must place an order and receive pickup confirmation first!)

Driving/Parking Instructions:

We are located in a county island neighborhood in Gilbert, just south of the 202 and Val Vista Rd.

Take Val Vista to either Ocotillo Rd or Appleby Rd and make a left. If you are entering off of Ocotillo, turn left on 156th St. If you are entering from Appleby, turn right on 156th St.

The turn-in for Wonderground Farm is on the east side of 156th St - look for Bougainvillea Alley, turn down the private road, and head straight for the red barn and gate. You should see our Wonderground Farm sign!

Once you are past the gate, feel free to park anywhere in the driveway area of our property.
Pickup Procedure:

Pickup Day: You will receive a message from us when your order is being prepared - please wait to receive this communication! We harvest and bake everything fresh to order, so please allow up to 1-2 days for produce/flower orders. If you submit your order by 7PM, it will typically be ready by our 4-6PM pickup window the following day. Please allow one extra day for orders with breads/baked goods from our cottage bakery. If you cannot pick up during our 4-6PM window, contact us for alternative arrangements and we will set up a mutually convenient time for you to stop by - we are flexible!

Check-In: Upon arrival, check in with Adam and/or Jill at the pickup table. We will then go grab your produce order from the walk-in cooler (and any baked goods from the cottage bakery)!

Cash Orders: If you placed a cash order via email, your payment is due at pickup. Please bring exact change. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to break large bills!

Extras: One of the perks of farm pickups (in addition to getting to see where your food comes from!) is that we will often have extra giveaways and free samples, as well as additional items for purchase!

Tours and Photography: You are more than welcome to take a look around! If we are not actively handling pickup orders, we are also happy to provide a quick tour and/or answer any questions about the farm, our farming practices, etc. For food safety reasons, however, we do ask that you do not walk into any of the market garden plots unattended or touch any of the produce without permission. Photography of the farm, however, is absolutely permitted and encouraged!
Missed Pickup:

We will hold your order for up to 48 hours beyond the initial pickup window. If you are unable to pick up your order during our daily farm pickup window (4-6PM), please notify us in advance by phone (480-323-5773) or email (wondergroundfarm@gmail.com). We can try to arrange for you to pick up your order on an alternative day or you can have someone else collect it for you.

Shares not picked up after 48 hours will be donated unless prior arrangements are made. No refunds will be made for missed pickups!
DELIVERY POLICIES
Delivery Schedule:

Days: By Appointment Only

Time: Day deliveries will typically be made between 12PM - 4PM; Evening deliveries will be made between 6PM - 10PM
Delivery Pricing:
-
There is a $5 delivery fee for residential deliveries in the East Valley (any address in Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Ahwatukee, and Queen Creek).

There is a $10 delivery fee for residential deliveries to Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Deliveries to designated delivery hubs are free. Delivery hubs are centralized dropoff locations where we can deliver and leave several orders for customers to come pick up at their convenience (an apartment complex or workplace front desk; a school teachers lounge; etc.). Contact us for more information on setting up or joining a group delivery hub.

We are not yet able to offer residential delivery to the West Valley or San Tan Valley, but consider creating or joining a delivery hub or reach out to us directly for possible alternative arrangements!

Delivery Timing:​

Please allow up to 2-3 days for all delivery orders! We will contact you with delivery options once your order is being prepared. It is important that you check your email and confirm your delivery preference with us.

We will always do our best to honor your delivery time preferences; however, exact timing will vary each week and depend on our delivery route.

If we ever need to make any adjustments to your delivery request, we will contact you beforehand and find a mutually convenient alternative dropoff time.
What to Expect:
-
Your order will be harvested and packed within 24-48 hours of delivery to give you maximum freshness, quality, and shelf-life.

Once prepared, orders will be held at proper food safety temperatures. We take this part very seriously!

We try to utilize eco-friendly packaging wherever feasible, including recycled paper products and compostable hard containers.

Delivery Procedure:

Delivery Personnel: We do not outsource delivery to a third party. All orders will be personally delivered by one of the farm owners (so no need to tip!). If you have any questions about your order or the farm, do not hesitate to ask Adam or Jill when your delivery arrives!

Notifications: You will receive a text when your delivery is on its way (with our ETA) and an additional text when your order has been delivered.

Contactless Delivery: If you request contactless delivery or know that you will not be home to receive delivery, please ensure that a safe shady location (porch, garage, etc.) is designated for your order. We will follow any specific instructions you provided on your order form. We also recommend leaving out a cooler with ice packs if you know you will not be able to get to your order for multiple hours.

Gate Codes/Special Instructions: Please help us by providing this information on your order form, so we can get you your order without issue!
Missed Deliveries:

If you are unable to accept your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We can arrange a reschedule or hold your order for pickup at the farm.

Orders not accepted on the scheduled delivery day will not be redelivered and may be donated unless prior arrangements are made. No refunds will be made in these circumstances.
