ADAM DULBERG
Co-Owner | Lead Farmer | Head Baker
Adam is the heart and hands behind Wonderground Farm, where he runs all of the growing and baking operations. As the Farm's Co-Owner, Lead Farmer, and Head Baker, Adam brings together his passion for small-scale organic farming, artisan baking, and local sustainability practices to create a truly unique farm-to-table experience for the community. Whether he is meticulously tending to seasonal crops and flowers in the market garden, planting and mulching new fruit trees in the micro-orchard, perfecting the next batch of freshly baked bread and cookies, caring for the farm chickens, or turning compost, Adam is dedicated to ensuring every aspect of Wonderground Farm reflects his unwavering commitment to quality, integrity, and ecological stewardship.

Before transitioning to market gardening, Adam's career took an unconventional path - from high school teacher to corporate lawyer to food truck baker! An avid gardener, however, Adam ultimately discovered his true calling in agroecology and thereafter shifted gears to pursue a life rooted in the soil. Before launching Wonderground Farm, Adam spent multiple seasons working at a local certified organic farm and also served as a farm manager for a startup edible botanical garden project. His experiences in the field were further enriched by running a community garden program for multiple years, where he managed year-round organic food production for local residents and taught monthly ecological gardening classes to groups of all ages.
In addition to his work as a professional market gardener, Adam is also a Maricopa County Certified Master Gardener. He is committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise with the community, teaching sustainable gardening practices in local schools and assisting with school and community garden projects in the East Valley. Adam also regularly speaks at local municipal and community events on ecological gardening, backyard composting, and local food production in the low desert, and offers private consultations to help individuals create more sustainable landscapes and thriving organic gardens at home.

With a deep-rooted commitment to the environment and a passion for teaching others, Adam continues to inspire and support those around him in cultivating a healthier and more resilient local food system and Sonoran desert ecosystem.

Co-Owner | Farmer | Marketing Manager
Jill brings her love of art, education, and nature to her role as Co-Owner, Farmer, and Marketing Manager at Wonderground Farm. Born and raised in Rockville, MD, Jill earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Fine Arts and Psychology, and her Master’s degree in Special Education. Since then, Jill has taught in elementary schools in Northern Virginia, New York City, and Gilbert, AZ, helping children with diverse learning needs.

When Jill is not in the classroom, she is helping connect Wonderground Farm with the local community - initiating outreach efforts, managing social media accounts, setting up for farm events, and designing various packaging and promotional materials. She also loves getting her hands in the dirt and assisting with a range of field tasks—from digging basins and planting trees, to harvesting fresh vegetables.

Jill enjoys using her artistic creativity to help promote a more sustainable future for the next generation. She’s passionate about upcycling and crafting with what the earth provides, finding beauty in reused materials and natural elements. You can often find her creating something unique or brainstorming the next artistic project to help bring the farm’s vision to life.
AUDREY DULBERG
Jr. Farmhand | Flower Picker | Official Cookie Taste Tester
This little 2nd grader is already a budding horticulturist, composter, and flower farmer. Always wanting to learn more and be outside on the farm, Audrey has become an incredible helper - from planting vegetable seeds to cutting flowers. And when it comes to her taste testing skills for our bakery line, this girl truly shines (especially when chocolate is involved!). Audrey has spunk, creativity, and a deep love for animals, plants, and the natural world. We can’t wait to see what our little wildflower will do next!
